Please fill out the form below if you are interested in removing the Board of Trustees at LCEC.

By filling out the form below, I am authorizing my name and account to be used as a signature for the calling of a special meeting of the members of Lee County Electric Cooperative (LCEC). The meeting will be called for a vote of the members to remove the current Board of Trustees. Upon removal of the Board of Trustees, the members will appoint a new Board of Trustees to oversee the operations of the Lee County Electric Cooperative.

By filling out and submitting this form, I am agreeing to the rules of the bylaws to call a meeting of members. I realize that 10% of the total membership must sign the petition. Once the petition is signed, it will be presented to the LCEC Board secretary who will verify the signatures, as members in good standing. the secretary will then call a meeting within 30 days and notify the membership of time and place of the meeting.

All information will be used solely for calling for a special meeting of the LCEC Board of Trustees, and for followup to inform you once the meeting is schedule, and to secure a proxy if needed.
