The Range is a Class 3 dealer. What does that mean?

We handle the sale of Short Barrel Rifles (SBR), Silencers, and other NFA items. If you are looking for an NFA device, please contact our staff or email us to get pricing and delivery information.

Silencers and SBR’s are legal in NC.  The process is relatively easy.  Come in and select the NFA device you are looking for, from there our staff will handle the process for you.  The BATFE requires fingerprints and pack ground checks for the purchase of NFA devices through the NFA division.  We handle all of that onsite, with an electronic fingerprint system that is giving us return times for tax stamps in as short as one day.

Each NFA device purchased requires a $200 tax stamp on top of purchasing the device
