Request for auto renewal set up must be received no later than 7 days prior to the expiration of your membership. If you are unsure of your membership expiration date please email our membership coordinator.

To cancel your membership or your auto renewal, please use the following form at least 7 days before your membership expires, or it will automatically renew:  Membership cancellation
