In light of recent incidents, the Range at Lake Norman would like to share with our customers some of the safety features we have built in to our facility.  Many of these features are one of a kind features at this time and many of our customers have noted these safety features.

First and foremost, we are one of the only ranges around that has a dedicated Range Safety Officer on duty whenever the range is open.  This is not just a person with the NRA RSO credentials, but it is a person who is in the range safety officers booth, watching everything that is going on in the range.  As many of our customers have seen, the RSO does this through our state of the art electronic monitoring system.  We have a video camera that is trained on the shooter in ever lane and have video cameras monitoring the common areas behind the shooting bays.
